BDO Unit Investment Trust Funds have issued a UK manufacturing update, and it makes interesting reading. the headlines of "Manufacturing is struggling" contains some truths, but when we look closer the electronics sector is a beacon of light.
In 2018 the sector saw a 10% increase and 2019 has seen a 4.3% increase. The BDO report goes on to say that the electronics sector operates in its own niche within the global market place, largely driven by automation. that is clearly good news for Texcel and our customers with a forecast growth in 2020 of nearly 12%.
